Merchill is an online made-to-order business operated from 800 Fowler St NW, Atlanta, GA 30313, United States. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Products & Orders

• All products are printed to order after you check out. Product images are mockups; the finished print may vary slightly in placement and color.
• An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, because of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to — and will refund any payment in full.
• Sizing information is provided on each product page and in our Size Chart; please check it before ordering.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without affecting orders already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes paid by the recipient.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times, costs and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, changes, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Modification Policy and Return & Refunds Policy.

The text, graphics, photos, layout and the Merchill name and logo on this website belong to Merchill and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Names and trademarks of other companies, teams or people that appear on this website belong to their respective owners. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing data you are not authorized to access, placing fraudulent orders or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly by email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
