Changed your mind or spotted a typo in your address? Here is what can still be changed, and how fast you need to tell us.

Order Modifications

What Can Be Modified

• Size, color or garment style
• Design (switch to another Merchill design of the same price)
• Shipping address

Important Conditions

• Requests must reach us within 6 hours of placing the order and before production starts.
• Once printing has begun we can no longer change the item, and once the order has shipped we can no longer change the address.
• If a change affects the price, we will confirm the difference with you before making it.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 6 hours, before production starts, receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After production starts an order cannot be cancelled, but it is still fully covered by our Return & Refunds Policy if anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong.

Why Changes Are Limited

Every Merchill item is printed specifically for your order. Once your piece has been printed it cannot be resold, so we can only make changes in the short window before production begins.

How to Submit a Request

Email [email protected] with the subject “Change request” or “Cancel request” and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Exactly what you would like to change, or that you want to cancel

We confirm every request by email. If you have not heard back, please check your spam folder or write again.
