Shipping Policy
Every Merchill item is made after you order it. Here is exactly how long that takes, what shipping costs and who delivers it.
Estimated Delivery
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time begin production on the next business day.

An order with items from both groups ships when the last item is ready, or in separate packages.
Each product page also shows a dated delivery estimate before you check out. Estimates are not guarantees; carriers can add time during holidays and severe weather.
Shipping Costs

Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer free shipping.
Carriers
U.S. orders ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the item and destination. International orders ship with USPS international services, DHL, UPS or the destination country’s postal service. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track Order page.
International Customs & Duties
International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.
Important Notes
- Check your address. We ship to the address entered at checkout. Email us within 6 hours if it needs to change. A package returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the reshipping cost is paid.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO. Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. If you use one, email us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be delivered.
- Multiple items may be printed in different locations and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
- Lost or delayed packages: if tracking has not updated for 7 days, or a package shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. See our Return & Refunds Policy.
