Ordering & Payment

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every tee, hoodie, hat, jersey, jacket and mug is made after you order it, then packed and shipped to you. Nothing is pre-printed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, including guest checkout with a debit or credit card through PayPal. You are charged in U.S. dollars when you place the order. See Payment Methods.

Shipping

How long will my order take?

Production takes 2–4 business days (4–6 business days for hats, jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts). U.S. shipping then takes 4–8 business days and international shipping 12–22 business days. Each product page shows a dated estimate before you pay, and orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time start the next business day.

How much is shipping?

United States: $6.99 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item. International: $15.00 for the first item + $6.00 for each additional item. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?

Every product has a size chart measured flat in inches and centimeters. Measure a shirt that fits you well and compare; between sizes, go up one for a relaxed fit. Size Chart

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Return & Refunds Policy

Can I return an item because it doesn’t fit?

Because each item is printed for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or a size chosen without checking the size chart. Please check the chart first — or email us and we will help you pick.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 6 hours and before production starts. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Care

How should I wash my Merchill tee?

Turn it inside out, machine wash cold with similar colors, skip the bleach and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Jerseys, jackets and Hawaiian shirts: wash cold and hang to dry. Hats: spot clean only. Mugs and tumblers: follow the care note on the product page.

Can I order for a group or ask for a custom design?
